PURCHASE AND DELIVERY TERMS

DELIVERY TERMS

Once we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation email with information about your order as soon as possible. Please make it a habit to always review your order confirmation to ensure everything is correct. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation for future reference when contacting customer service. Please have your order number available when contacting us.

Delivery

Normal delivery time is approximately 2–5 business days. We ship orders via PostNord, Schenker, DHL & Budbee.
During major campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer.
If you have provided incorrect address details and we have already shipped your package, the cost for changing the information afterward is SEK 160 (this is the postal service's fee for redirection). The change may take up to 48 hours to complete.

OUR WAREHOUSES

We sometimes ship products from external warehouses; however, all warehouses are located within Sweden.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / COMPLAINTS

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act in accordance with the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. Under the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered, faultless goods without giving any reason. Notice of this must be given as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date the goods were received (does not apply to specially ordered items and does not apply to business customers). The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please email order@firstaid.se if you wish to make a return and include your order number when contacting us. We will then send you a return label by email.

In the event of a complaint, any defect must be reported immediately after it has been discovered. The product must be properly packaged, and we will cover the return shipping costs in the case of an approved complaint.

For purchases of defibrillators, the right of withdrawal/return does not apply if the packaging has been opened.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS
 

- Klarna Checkout

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna Checkout will present the payment options available to you. Regardless of which payment option you choose, Klarna or one of Klarna’s partners will handle the payment transaction, while the purchase itself is made directly with the store. Product- or service-specific questions should therefore be directed to the store.

Available payment options currently offered through Klarna Checkout include invoice, account credit, card payment, or direct bank payment. Invoice is the default payment option.

- Klarna Invoice

When paying via Klarna Invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never need to provide your card details and always pay after receiving your goods.

  • Option for installment payments

If payment is not made, a reminder fee of SEK 50 will be added, along with default interest of 26.00%. A credit check will be performed at the time of purchase, which may result in a credit report being obtained. Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable legislation.

- Invoice / Own Invoice

When choosing to pay by invoice, a credit check will be performed using your personal identification number. Payment terms are 14 days net. In case of late payment, default interest of 8% per month will be charged from the due date. A statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged. The purchaser must be at least 18 years old. An administration fee of SEK 50 incl. VAT applies for manual invoicing.

- Advance Payment

You pay in advance to our bankgiro account. After placing your order at checkout, you will receive instructions on the screen and via email on how to proceed. Please allow for an additional day of delivery time if you choose advance payment.

Shipping cost is SEK 99 incl. VAT within Sweden.

Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms for Training Courses

Payment of invoices must be made within the period specified in your booking. In case of delayed payment, default interest will be charged in accordance with applicable legislation.

Please note that payment must be received before certificates are issued.
