Which education suits you?
The most booked training with us is First Aid and CPR half day and takes between 3.5 hours recommended time including breaks. For target groups with higher requirements and occupational risks, First Aid and CPR full day, L-ABCDE are recommended. Examples of target groups with higher requirements are work at high altitudes, nature and leisure orientation and people who will work abroad. If you are not sure which education suits you, you can always ask us.
Difference between L-ABC and L-ABCDE?
L-ABC is a priority order for the general public and is suitable for those who have not attended training before and want to take a shorter course.
L-ABCDE is suitable for those who want to learn more and for those who need a broader education.

Every year, thousands of people in Sweden suffer cardiac arrest outside of hospital. The majority of victims are affected at home or in public places where medical personnel or defibrillators are rarely on site. In cases where CPR was started within 1 minute and a defibrillator was used within 5 minutes, 49-75 percent survival has been reported. For every minute, the person's chance of survival decreases by about 10 percent. In Sweden, the time from alarm to defibrillator is 10-60 minutes, which means that there must be someone who can freeze the time until medical personnel are on site. Are you one of them?
