About the course
This program gives you the tools to plan, deliver and quality-assure your own CPR and First Aid courses. We focus on confident pedagogy, clear methodology and practical exercises that make a difference in real incidents. Led by lead instructors in line with the Swedish CPR Council’s curriculum.

What we cover
- Pedagogy & methodology: teach safely and effectively
- Course design: lesson plans, timing and audience adaptation
- CPR & AED, choking and first aid – the instructor’s role
- Safety & responsibility: hygiene, equipment, risk assessment
- Assessment & feedback: coach participants and raise quality
- Scenario practice: team roles, calling 112 and communication
- Administration: attendance, certificates, refresh plans and follow-up
After the course
- Plan and deliver your own CPR/First Aid trainings per national guidelines
- Assess participants and provide constructive feedback
- Receive instructor certificate, lesson plans and a ready-to-use material kit
Format & examination
Blended theory and practice. Pre-course assignments apply. Practical instructor exam and short online test. Option for observation/co-teaching before your first solo courses.
