Buy a gift card for someone you like. The gift card is valid until 31 December 2023 and can be used during one of our open training opportunities in Stockholm. When you buy the gift card, you get a booking link with all the dates and times when the training is given, so you can decide when you want to book.

Target group adaptation
The training takes into account different age groups, from babies to teenagers, and is adapted to your wishes and needs.

approx. 3 training hours

Implementation
The training is carried out by certified instructors, by the Swedish CPR Council. The course is both practical and theoretical.

Certificate included.

First aid
- Knowledge of accident risks, accident prevention
- L - Life-threatening situation (Assess and possibly move children from life-threatening situation)
- A - Breathing (Create an open airway and correct airway obstruction)
- B - Bleeding (Stop Bleeding)
- C - Circulatory failure (Prevent circulatory failure)
- Acute illnesses

Cardiopulmonary rescue
- The chain that saves children
- Sound the alarm in the right way
- Anatomical differences between children and adults
- Check vital signs
- Create an open airway
- Place an unconscious child in a stable lateral position
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation in case of cardiac arrest
- Identify and correct airway obstruction

Airway stoppage
