Online training in first aid and CPR

Due to covid-19, First Aid Sweden has designed different packages for those of you who want to train/rehearse and learn more about first aid and CPR completely online. The courses will also be offered in the future.

Need a training/course in English? We can offer this training in both Swedish and English.

All target groups, workplaces and private individuals

Target group adaptation

The training takes into account different age groups, can also be adapted to Children's CPR and according to your wishes and needs.

Implementation

The training is carried out by certified instructors, by both the Swedish CPR Council and the Swedish Red Cross. Each participant receives information about materials, preliminary studies and date and time when booking. No prior knowledge is required.

Each participant must have their own doll, e.g. MiniAnne or MiniBaby. All participants will be connected to some form of video link where the instructor participates throughout the course.

The instructor will communicate with all participants and be able to show practical steps and also see and hear the participants to be able to give feedback.

Before the course, all participants will have to complete a short online course. This information is passed on when booking.

CPR dolls

We recommend that everyone has a doll during practice, alternatively that 1 Little Anne is used in smaller groups with a mouth guard

E-courses are done in your own environment and online-based. We will send you more information upon registration of interest.

For those of you who want training as usual, First Aid Sweden trains nationwide and can come to you. For individual people, we offer open courses in Stockholm. See at the bottom of the page for more info or alternatively under the "open courses" tab.
